WARRANTY CLAIMS
To make a warranty claim, the following documentations must be emailed or posted to MUZT (contact details listed below):
- Name/model of product and photographs/videos of the issue
- Proof of purchase - order number or order confirmation email
If the product has not been installed, it can be retuned and refunded with a proof of purchase. Please contact us first for retuning a defective product.
